My favorite moment was when you took the time to engage with people after the conference, especially with the Asian lady. Your response to her question about essential negotiation skills, advising her to focus on listening and encouraging her to ease the pressure on herself, felt incredibly genuine. It was as if you were speaking directly to me.

Have you considered at the end of one of your podcasts (on main DOAC). Linking to your behind the diary. “If you liked this podcast, go behind the scenes”. I believe that the stronger link, will drive growth quicker and greater page authority. As I only heard about behind the diary from the “recommended feature”.

My favourite moment was when you took so much care and time to listen to the women and how you not only gave them tips but a kind of validation of them as individuals. That was really beautiful and I can only wish that men watching this episode can take that away with them. On another note, you weren’t joking how busy this was going to be, at one point I was just thinking “give that man a bed!”, it kind of felt exhausting just watching it 😂 but amazing work!

So, here we go: 1. Half way through this episode I felt a profound sense of gratitude for you Steven. Not a “oh it’s so nice he makes these videos”… but more like a “these videos lit a fire in me, like nothing else does, thank god they exist!” I don’t know what it is, but seeing you living your best life boosts my drive in an indescribable manner. The impact you and your team have had on my life is understated. I feel like I’ve just finished a bombastic energy-boosting workout every time I watch these 😂 2. I do have some constructive criticism tho: sometimes I can’t quite understand what the people you’re talking to are saying, since they’re not mic’d up, etc. perhaps it would be a good idea to add subtitles to those moments? 🤷🏽‍♀️ 3. I have been loving the music choices on these videos. This video in particular was really good. It makes a huge difference, congrats to whoever is choosing them ❤️‍🔥 4. The ads 😒 one every 5 min is a stretch 😂 See you next week god bless everyone love you bye ✌🏽

WOW, you just blew my mind: when your expectations aren't met that's unhappiness... so if you consider anything that happens as already exceeding your expectations (I think the fact of just being alive already make us exceedingly lucky) then the seeds of happiness are already here. I paraphrased, but THANK YOU for this.

Before you started this Channel, I used to wonder how you detox from the all the souls you’ve encountered, those people who are all relying on your to give them the answers and for you to listen to them without judgement. And then, you started the behind the scenes, which I would say is a form of therapy for you. You get to offload and show us the reality of how hard you work. I’m truly happy for you, that you have this channel it’s good for your mental health aswell as your viewers. Thank you 🙏 it’s always a perfect edit love it 😊 May god keep you and your loved ones safe Ameen.

My goodness…what you said to the lady in Aberdeen brought me to tears. What if you were enough, what if we were enough, what if I was enough…not if or when but now. I can’t accept it yet, I do want to recover from an illness that has been here for sometime and I do believe I will be able to accept life more than..but perhaps the key component in being stuck in illness for so long is because I can’t accept that this is it and how it’s been. As you and Mo said, the expectation of how life should be has not been met. I know and believe I will someday beat this illness but the key to it absolutely is self acceptance..how can the heart and mind and body destroy and hate itself through a monster of the mind and body if it accepts itself. Acceptance and love breeds love and acceptance, not hate and self destruction. Thank you thank you thank you💕

8:48 good decision, when creators, business people post content this kind of moments can hit your reputation very hard, people hate when they see someone waiting and they say “oh I need to go to X meeting, ill be late” or “hey we’re gonna be late we need to go”, remember guys: “His reputation in on the line.” And of course not every single person will think is bad but that was common sense. ❤️ love to see this side of your team, she did her job and you decided.

Hey! Great episode!! The plane story gave me goosebumps. A few years ago I got to take my friend to Vienna and it was her first time flying and getting out of the country and I loved seeing her reaction to everything, it was heartwarming. When you show the texts, firstly it moves so fast I couldn’t read, secondly the white on the bright blue made it really hard to read, I’m watching on the tv, idk if it matters. It's been 10,000 minutes since we last spoke, welcome back to my consistent weekly comment and thank you for now releasing these weekly. One minor detail your agile / iterative testing didn't pick up is your opening banner says "Episode 16" when this is only the 14th time we have had the pleasure of being behind the diary, fail fast, it will be resolved in no time. Another fab episode, less techy and more human which is quite refreshing, especially hearing the words of advice which I am sure Steven is asked more times than you can show in a video. It also shows how many different hats need to be worn keep everything moving. I cannot wait to hear about the secret project, if you need the best agile business analyst in the country to translate those smart ideas into workable solutions I might have missed the LinkedIn post but I would welcome the challenge. Great editing, great story, a lot to digest but I have another 10,000 minutes until you drop another video, already looking forward to it!

Watching these behind the scene is truly inspiring me to take things to the next level. This is all packed with lessons, but most importantly is providing you with a window what’s behind success. Understanding the thinking behind decisions and actions is truly revealing. Thank you Steven for bringing this to us.

Fantastic as ever! The only thing that discomforted me was some of the music songs. I know you are constantly testing and trying new things out but my wish and perhaps advice would be to keep background music only at a few and short intervals. There will always be people who dislike certain kinds of music and unless you use something fitting and really popular it might reduce the viewer's experience.

I have to say that I am quite jealous and a tiny bit envious of Steven and his team. Especially when you see them all be a part of amazing projects. I am 36 years, so I am a bit too old now be motivated or have any career or life ambitions, so I have to settle for what little I have. However, I think it is awesome that young people are more invested in their futures now than they ever were and successful yourselves are willing to interact and inspire them to achieve great things in their lives. Well done and congratulations on the success of these videos.

36 years old and you feel a bit too old to be motivated or have any career or life ambitions?? You’ve got potentially 60 years left to life on this planet. I’m 34 and I’m still working this all out but I’ve got so much motivation to achieve so many things ahead of me.

@@andrewleese89 I am please to hear it. Without sounding morbid, I doubt I'll reach my 50's let alone live for another 60 years, most of the people I've been close to people didn't make it to their 50, my only real friend i had in the world didn't make it to her 50's, she died last year at the young age 44. I was born with a cerebral cyst, so gaining full time employment is tough because employers don't want to hire me, in case I have a funny turn or whatever in the workplace, that they think they'll sued for. Beaten to jobs by those that didn't want the job in the first place by turning up to interviews stone and inappriapotrly dressed. I had to make do with drips & draps for agency work, while applying for hundreds of jobs, now unfortunately, there is a lot of employment gaps in my employment history. All the agencies I worked for are now defuct, references are hard to come by. I admire anyone that he is motivated, career driven and want to better themselves. But, they are those that are like me that is just content on being given a chance or an opportunity for a job. We don't expect to be handed a job on a plate nor take anything for granted. Getting on the job ladder would be an achievement for us like myself.

In case you are wondering who those two ladies are regarding the secret project. They are Christiana Brenton and Georgina Holt. They quit Acast to launch a podcast marketing agency consultancy called Telling based in the UK. In November 2023, they incorporated a company called Flight Studio Group of which Steven is a shareholder.

Hello! Just noticed the typo in your Intro screen on 0.35 (the word Episode). If you need editing services, happy to help! (Sounds like I am advertising, but am just a regular subscriber with editing skills... promise!)

Another good episode. I watched all 14 episodes and I like it so much. One thing though, Don't make it too structured like one episode you could do just one day in more detail or one episode you could do a special on one of your companies in detail. Diversify the content cuz it might get monotonous if you don't. Otherwise It's a privilege to watch you guys. Keep up the good work.
