Achingapayar Mezhukkupuratti Recipe:-
1. Green Gram (Cherupayar) - 1 1/2 Cup
2. Water - 4 1/2 Cups
3. Salt according to taste
4. Small Onion - 8 nos.
5. Garlic - 3-4 Big flakes
6. Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 3 tsp or 12 Dry Red Chilli
7. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
8. Ghee - 2tbs
9. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
10. Dry Red Chillies - 3 nos. (Split)
11. Additional Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
12. Additional Dry Red Chillies
13. Curry Leaves
14. Big Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
15. Salt
16. Achingapayaru - 200 gms
17. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
18. Dry Red Chilli Flakes - 1-2 tsp
Mambazha Pulissery Recipe:
1. Ripe Mango - 1 Big (Cut into Big Pieces) or Tinned Mango - 1 tin
2. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
3. Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
4. Jeera Powder (Cumin Powder) - 1/2 tsp
5. Salt
6. Green Chilli - 1 nos.
7. Coconut Milk - 3/4 to 1 Cup
8. Sugar - 1 tbs
9. Curd - 1 Cup
For Tempering
10. Coconut Oil - 1/2 tbs
11. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
12. Fenugreek Seeds - 1.4 to 1/2 tsp
13. Dry Red Chillies - 3 nos. (Split)
14. Curry Leaves
Thengapal Meencurry Recipe
1. Coconut oil - 2 tbs
2. Ginger (Finely Chopped) - 1 1/2 tbs
3. Small Onion - 6-10 nos. (Slice)
4. Green Chilli - 1 nos.
5. Big Onion - 1 nos.
6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
7. Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbs
8. Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tbs
9. Coconut Milk - 3 Cups
10. Salt
11. Tamarind (Kudampalli) - 2 nos.
12. Fish - 1/2 -3/4 kg
13. Tomato - 1 big piece
14. Fenugreek Powder - 1/4 tsp
15. Thick Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup
