With the Darksaber destroyed, I kind of hope Bo-Katan gives Grogu it's kyber crystal and he builds a new Darksaber for himself and I think Mandalorian Season 4 is just going to use the script that was originally planned for the canceled Rangers of the New Republic and instead of Cara Dune going around the Outer Rim hunting down Imps, it'll be Din and Grogu instead.

My guess is that Grogu will one day build his own lightsaber and retrieve the Kyber Crystal from the Dark saber as his own, would be sweet and meaningful! Also, yes! The Idea of building New Navarro as a Mandalorian time period additional land to Galaxy's Edge would be incredible! Have a raft ride through the lava flows with the Lava Droid, see the Gauntlet Class Mandalorian ships built life-size in the land, build your own Mandalorian Helmet; there are a lot of sweet ideas for that and potential

I don't do the whole Star Wars universe of stories but I do like the Mandalorian so to have the Bo Katan character come in and take over the season didn't make me happy. I understand practically why with the actor Pedro Pascal doing 2 separate programs very close in time to each other coming out of the industry pandemic backlog of filming and the desire to follow the other story outside of the Star Wars films. I think it makes sense from when Luke and Grogu had their conversation about Grogu's lifespan that he will stay with Djarin through his life and then move on after his death in say 30 or so years.

I would say that this season was ALL about world building. Fleshing out the entire Mandalorian culture, background and doing it in a way that made an awesome story throughout. The ending was amazing, wrapped everything up but left JUST enough for me to want soooo much more. That scene where the Din's were just sitting there enjoying a quiet moment was pure....hell it was just awesome. Oh, and they confirmed, season 4 is already written!!!

Bo Katan's gone about it the wrong way up to now, and it's Din Djarin whose belief in the way has actually affected her point of view and helped her become the leader she always wanted to be. Din has no interest in ruling, but the fact that he has an integral part to play in her rise and the Mandalorians taking back their homeworld is what makes this season so great.

The Spies ended up being the Mandalorians going to spy out the Promised Land (like Joshua and the other Israelite spies from the Old Testament). We (the audience) just focused on Kane as a spy and forgot the Mandalorians were the center of the story and that this season was quite like the Old Testament/Moses… 😅 15:56

The best thing about Grogu as a long-term character that he is a long-liver, and he could appear in sequels and beat Rey's ass, also he can simply be the main character of the sequels in 50-150 or 450 years since Battle of Yavin And unlike Rey it's the character we love.

Yes. That's exactly what Jon said. He said that what makes the storytelling of Grogu so great is that his species lives for so long and since Grogu is just a child, the possibility of his story is endless. Like, there are so many possibilities about what his life will be like, the growth and journey he will undertake, etc. Just the nuggets of information we have for him right now is just so interesting. A powerful Jedi child & Mandalorian apprentice who may someday wield a saber of his own & being a beastmaster, could ride the mythosaur? Will he rule Mandalore someday as a Jedi Mandalorian? Again, his storyline is rich with possibilities that could span years and years. The fact that he's also the cutest being that I personally believe Star Wars has ever produced, and a huge money maker who has captured the hearts and interests of SW fans everywhere, means he's the future of Star Wars. Grogu has Disney on his powerful little green palm.

The Armorer is in fact the Spy. She doesn't stand with Gideon though but with Thrawn. Thrawn does not care about Gideon or his work and in fact wants him taken out, which is why you see the Armorer fighting with Bo and the rest. She will be revealed as the spy in Ahsoka or season 4 of Mando. This Is The Way!

Honestly the concept of “Din is the one who deserves it” when it comes to leading Mandalore is so…. Childish. This was fabulous finale. However the season as a whole was probably the weakest of the 3. and thats sad when you think that we had to wait 2 years for this season. When you think about it, nothing truly memorable happened in this season where you look back and go WOW can't believe that happened or they showed up. Also the season has way too much filler and stuff that just took away from the main story too much. Like the Doctor Pershing episode. Def didn't need almost an hour of that. Plus also the Jack Black episode was 99% just a rando side mission. When you only have 8 episodes, you don't have time to go wasting so much time on non story driven filler. All in all an ok season, and I give it a 6.5.

Din Djarin is not the best Mandalorian; he's my favorite, but Bo-Katan Kryze would defeat Din Djarin, especially with the Darksaber in her possession. Like I said, Djarin is my favorite Mandalorian and he's truly more skilled than many, but I wouldn't want him to go at it with Bo-Katan, because I don't think he would come out on top, at least not without help, such as from Grogu. "Only the strongest shall rule Mandalore," and Bo-Katan hasn't been challenged or defeated yet. I fully believe that if Din Djarin tried her, she would win. I wouldn't go so far as to say that he doesn't stand a chance, just that his chances are slim, given her experience versus his experience.

I think the light cruiser was in low orbit so Axe was able to jet pack his way up! As for Gideon's armour it's definitely mechanised giving him extra strength. Personally I think that ended the season well, Bo-Katan got her people back to Mandalore to rebuild, Din and Grogu get a home and a job, IG11's back as Marshall. Everything that happened during this season paid off in the end and leaves it open for the future!

Say what you will about this season. Episode 6 was a little bit stinky but I really did enjoy this season. Mando and Boba are just chilling until shit hits the fan in Ahsoka. I think the events of Ahsoka are gonna lead into Daves movie.

I think they have a good amount of time to work with before the sequel trilogy even comes into play. You got to figure Luke in the sequel trilogy is say in his 50’s - 60s .. so if this show is only a few years after Jedi.. we have about 20-30 years of time.. yet with them making new movies set after the sequel trilogy.. it makes it hard to right the ship. Kinda wish they would just reckon the sequel trilogy in some way..

Moff Gideon's line about smothering his clones before they could take their first breath was kind of silly... If they're not breathing yet, then they can't be "smothered". To smother is to kill through suffocation, and to suffocate is to "die or cause to die from lack of air or inability to breathe." His statement doesn't make any sense.

Very vanilla season for me, I enjoyed it, but not at the same level as the last two seasons. The best part about star wars for me, is the jedi. And we didn't really get much in the way of grogu or any other jedi. Other than a quick flashback.

I don’t understand your obsession with Din being the leader/wielding the Darksaber. He is not a leader. He’s made like one speech during the show and it didn’t work, Paz had to bail him out. Bo has the name, the house and the temperament to lead. She also easily wields the darksaber far better then Din ever did. That was the whole story reason why Din struggled to wield the darksaber, because it wasn’t meant for him! You not personally liking Bo’s temperament or altitude doesn’t mean it’s not obvious who has the skills and desire to lead.
