My guesses (tbh i think each one has 2 of the mane 6) 1. Fluttershy and Applejack + Queen Chrysalis 2. Rarity and Pinkie Pie + Tantabus (or Nightmare Moon) 3. Twilight and Rainbow Dash + either King Sombra or Tirek

1 is fluttershy fused with chrysalis or Chrysa-shy 2 is nightmare rarity or rarity with the tantabus (its the galaxy nightmare thing luna had) 3 is twilight fused with the pony of shadows (when the past elements came back)

I was gonna say Twilight and Crysalis for the first one, but as it went, it definitely became Fluttershy and Crysalis. The second one is probably Rarity and the thing that corrupted Luna (I don't remember it's name :(( The third one feels tough, the attitude in the facial expression and dark colors are giving Rainbow Dash and Sombra (like people are saying) but the lack of rainbow/more color is throwing me off. That's the best guess I have though
