If they were still like 8 or 10 then yes maybe, but they are young adults; young adults should at the very least stop and think before doing anything; if you're giving this a pass just because they're teenagers then humanity is doomed to repeat the same mistake over and over again without learning anything IE: teenagers stopping themselves to think first before acting. (PS: did the MC even thought of what would both do if the roles were reversed.)

Amazing story! It's nice that Shioriko and Kenichi started geting along at the company after the break-up in high school. I really can't believe they broke up just because Kenichi didn't want Shioriko to catch a cold. I- wow....just wow.🤦‍♂ But hey, at least Kenichi cleared the misunderstanding to Shioriko that Shizuku is Kenichi's cousin. I think you got the story all mixed up. _He_ didn't want her to catch a cold so he told her to off, _she_ was the one who broke up with him. In any case, MC made an excellent point when he said high school relationships that last after graduation are the exception, not the norm. You know why that is? Because they were literally kids back then who had no idea yet what they were doing.

Sooooo she broke up with him and didn't talk to him for 4 or 5 years, but held on to his memory just because he asked her to go home because he didn't want her to get sick? this was a very stupid reason to break up with someone you still love. Kinda reminds me of that one story where the swimming captain FMC started hating her childhood MC friend because he caught her cold after HE looked after her and when he got sick and missed her swim meet she treated him like trash for 3 years, because he "broke" his promise to attend, and the saddest most fucked up part was that the FMC mother knew the real reason but didn't say anything to her for those years, even she saw how her daughter treated him soo horribly because he had made the mom promise not to tell her. That story was stupid but this one takes the cake even more so that the one of the tour bus attendant that put her ex on blast for a stupid reason and when they made up and admitted they were in the wrong but he had already found love with his kouhai. yep this story is top tier ass.

to think we start july off with this art style and character design from 2 months back called "I gave some food to a girl... upon closer inspection, she was my favorite model " and crazy enough, this story was so bad, it was like watching that step sister episode that happened to have the same art style 5 months ago. upon seeing the clip, it was so akin to 4 months ago called "the boss at my new job is my ex-girlfriend... If any of you are wondering, the mental illness that he was likely diagnosed with is Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). The reason why Shizuku took him was likely to keep an eye on him to make sure he didn't do something... drastic... But I also think he has a condition called Mental Retardation for wanting to break up with her over such a trivial matter. Honestly that reason is so absurd you just have to think that he was planning on breaking up with her anyways regardless if he get sick or not.
