Waaay back in the late 00's-early 10's, a friend of mine went to a Smash tourney. There was this Brawl guide book that someone wanted everyone to sign, and my friend got giddy that he was the first one to sign it like a particularly annoying youtube commenter. Anyways, he signs the book " (his name) 1st!" in big ass attention whore letters. Later on, he goes back to that book to see who all signed, only to see a massive scribble where his name was and MewTwoKing's name right next to it, in even bigger letters! Outraged, he yells at Jason, "DID YOU DO THIS?!" M2K, stonecold seriously says "Yes!" Naturally baffled, he asks why, when Jason points to his face and bellows, "BECAUSE I'M NUMBER 1!" Dude has been bitching about that shit for fucking years now, and he's been a Mang0 fan ever since. What I'm trying to say is: I've heard of bigger prima-donna's.

he was in hitstun, he had to double jump out just to slow his momentum and not die in the killzone, at that point he would have to full drift right to make it to stage, and if he up/side-b'd he wouldn't get all the drift he could get to get back. (and even if he did, he would be so high up with no more recovery options he'd just die instantly to armada). the real solution was at 1:11 he gets stuck in shine turnaround while attempting to waveshine through armada, if he'd managed that he probably would've won
