Mango chiffon cake, so fluffy and refreshing

This soft and fluffy mango chiffon cake is full of fresh mangoes on top, the taste is very refreshing. In the second half of the video, I will teach you how to make a mango flower easily.
🍞INGREDIENTS
☘️6 inch chiffon cake
2 large eggs (65g/each with shell)
Cake flour 35g
Milk 30g
Vegetable oil 25g
Vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon
Caster sugar 35g
Lemon juice
☘️Cream filling
Whipping cream 400g
Icing sugar 32g
1 mango (for filling)
1.5 mangos (for topping)
☘️ ** Preheat the oven to 145C/290F
** Bake at 145C/290F for 40 mins, adjust to 160C/320F and bake for 5-6 more minutes
☘️ Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the loaf tin you use.

大號雞蛋2個(65克左右/個,連殼)
低筋面粉35克
牛奶 30克
植物油 25克
香草精華 ¼ 茶匙
細砂糖 35克
少許檸檬汁
☘️奶油抹面
奶油 400克
糖粉 32克
芒果1個(內餡)
芒果1個半(表面裝飾)
☘️**預熱烤箱145C/290F
**145C/290F烤制40分鐘, 調至160C/320F,再烤5-6分鐘
☘️請根據您用的模具和自己烤箱來適當調整溫度和時間。
