I also had another insight on procrastination and I think it has to do with some kind of mental imaging and dyslexia where you put the idea of the completed job as finished and attached in your psyche and hold onto it - instead of letting that go and focusing on the next step of a task. the mechanism refuses to move because of it not being congruent or logical. How can you get up and finish an impossibility or a future orientation? Perhaps it's just having the right cognitive alignment and understanding into a task or job or thing..
