You might find a lot of ways on how to melt chocolate but this video will show you the exact correct technique to do so using just a pot of hot boiling water or a microwave. You can use this technique for dark and white chocolate. I love chocolate and there are so many ways to play with to create wonderful things hence I shot this video for you to help you all learn how to melt and handle chocolate. In my next few videos I will show you many types of different applications and decorations you can do with melted chocolate.

Dont melt chocolate that has just been taken out from fridge! Keep it outside for some time so that it comes down to room temperature 🍫

@@adilshams7825, yes of course!! Make sure you use warm whipping or fresh cream ❤️it will also give it a smooth texture and better flavour l I know its been long since you commented, maybe you have got the answer already 😄

Compound chocolate is a bar of chocolate used in baking u can use dairy milk but it will expensive for baking compound chocolates are used.. you can purchase from any baker supply shop or online. Dark.chocolate milk chocolate or white chocolate are three main n common categories.

You have to let it set properly in the fridge. Climate temperature varies in each state in India so you have to adjust the setting time accordingly. Use dark chocolate like compound chocolate for better results.

That's nice! I made few chocolates by melting the chocolate on doubel boiler keeping the burner On while melting. However..when the level of water went down, chocolate became a lil thick

+dandy d I'm sorry but u cannot add sugar to chocolate. Use less butter chocolate or add some percentage of milk chocolate.

Thank you soooo much mam I wasted many of my chocolates my chocolate seized then I searched for it's correction then added milk to it I thought it's almost done but although I filled in cone and designed so many decorations it never got freezed even I kept it in freezer for almost 2 days then finally I had to lick it and we brother and sisters finished all nd I got so many bad complements 😛 But then I returned to ur channel nd saw this 1 then I realized melting also has a basic process Thank u soo much ma'am

Hi Nidhi. I'm so happy to read ur feedback. For chocolate decorations u must not add anything. Once u have melted the chocolate u can make hundreds of types of beautiful decorations.

Mam... Ur instructions are much useful.. Thank u.. I melted the dark compound to make some shards and ultimately failed tat it did not dry and still wet.. Wat shud I use to make shards,cigars and other decorative sails... Etc... Pls advise

When i melt only chocolate it was very thick n not turning into deco shapes. Then i added a little bit of milk now it is not drying. Where to keep in room. Temp. Or in deep freeze

Ashish pls never add anything to the dark chocolates when making decorations. Just make sure all utensils are absolutely dry. This is very very important. Pls see my video on how to melt chocolate correctly. . Pls go to the playlist.

Very very useful information.Thanks a lot maam.I just wanted to know after making the chocolates and demoulding them can we wrap and keep these chocolates in an airtight container . Do we need to keep it outside or in the fridge.

Do keep in an airtight container. Compound chocolate n couverture stay best in ac rooms. But if u don't have ac rooms pls keep in the fridge. When u take out of the fridge let the chocolate come to room temperature first. Couverture will melt really fast so eat them fast.

hello mam very nice explanation. I have one question. I have also seen ur video of chocolate garnishes for cake which you made with the use of melted chocolate filled in cones. My question is once the chocolate is melted then after how much time we can fill it in the cones ? and as the melted chocolate cools it starts getting harder then will it get hard inside the cones ? then how to use it ? Please mam clear my confusion. Thanks
