Have you ever melted chocolate at home just to find a thick and lumpy mass? Then you are at the right place. Learn how to melt chocolate perfectly the right way.
Also have shared how to melt chocolate in microwave and also how to melt chocolate on stove top. You can use chocolate chips or chocolate melts for this. If you are using chocolate bars then just chop them fine before melting.
With the melted chocolate I have made these 5 mins 2 main ingredients Chocolate barks in different flavours apt for Christmas edible gifting. Its a great edible gift idea.
You can also use this melted chocolate to make chocolate run-outs, chocolate collar for cake decorations and even chocolate bars.

Double boiling method is the best method of melting because of the even heat dispersion whereas oven or microwave may sometimes overheat the chocolate causing it to split. That doesn't mean you can't use it as a means to melt chocolate definitely one can but needs to be attentive. :)

Hi Shiny.. depends on for what you are using the chocolate for. For run-outs and chocolate decorations for cakes and cupcakes compound chocolate is the best. For making mousse or pudding couverture chocolate is preferred :) thank you

Did you place the steel spoon along with your bowl of chocolate in the microwave. Can you also give some information on the real chocolate. As I have dark chocolate not compound of Morde.pls.
