Good lecture. What I'm going through right now I have a lot to work on, Manly always on point.

This lecture’s title could be “How to be your own psychiatrist Part II”! I only wish I’d listened to it 15 years ago (before my marriage). MPH speaks to all & each listener feels being personally addressed and most profoundly touched by the wisdom.

Hearing the synchronicity to specific things he says in relation to the problems I’ve created in my own life is rather painful, but necessary.

Opens by describing me as a person down to the finest detail. I lost track of how many times Manly Hall has talked me down from self destruction. This guy is literally my hero. I can't even really sleep anymore without hearing that voice. After listening to like 300 hrs of his lectures, just the phrase "mental faculties" gives me a minor dopamine kick. Best

@Steve Gallant, I’m 42 days in, nicotine free after smoking for 30 years, these lectures have been invaluable, especially Pandora’s Box, Opening the doors to the invisible, obeying universal law can be a pleasant experience, their on library of Alexandria channel. The way I’m doing it, no apps, helplines, nrt, etc, every morning, make the resolution to yourself that you will not smoke that day, keep it as simple as possible, I’d say to myself during those intense times, sometimes I go about in pity for myself, and all the while, a great wind carries me across the sky, I found that helpful, a day at a time, you can do it.
@stevengallant63633 жыл бұрын
@@MichaelNorth-qf4xyThanks... keeping it as simple as possible is my goal... in the past when I've tried to quit I've made it too difficult and failed every time... I figured that I've smoked about a pack and a half for 30 years... that's 300,000 cigarettes... isn't that crazy LOL...
