From what I can gather I think the reason they're remastering the music is because they're gonna try putting them on spotify and Spotify wont allow the original Undertale music to be used in there covers so they have to make original music from scratch

*_a_* Ok, with that out of the way... Holy shit. This was always my favorite song of the musical. The two different lines of lyrics ingeniously portray the emotions felt in this scene, and Asriels change of mood is beautiful and very very heart-wrenching. Amazing performance as always, Atwas. And Shyner too, the very calming and consistent soft voice of Frisk is the perfect counterbalance to Asriels emotional rollercoaster. Thank you, my thoughts are now surely going to be filled with UTM nostalgia for at least a week.

Although I am commenting late, when I first saw the notification for this remaster seven months ago I was super surprised. A remaster of an Undertale the Musical song is something I never expected to see released. Listening to it, I was hit with a wave of nostalgia and was reminded of the first time I heard Undertale the Musical. I couldn't help but cry. This takes me back to when I had only just discovered you guys. Undertale didn't really mean much to me, it was just another game in my library that I hadn't played yet. I didn't understand why so many people were going crazy over such a simple thing and then I found your musical. I listened to the whole thing as it existed at the time, the entire 4 hour masterpiece hadn't even been put together yet and I started to understand. Fast forward to modern day and now anytime I need a pick me up because life is trying to get me down I come to the full musical. I'm glad this has been remastered. This has always been a song very close to my heart. When I found Undertale I wasn't doing great emotionally, and 'His Theme' and 'Undertale' were some of my comforts, with this particular rendition of the former always sticking with me. I'm very glad to hear that we might be getting the tracks remastered, but even on spotify. I'm also hoping that we can finally get 'Bergentrukung' out of its copyright hell, since that song is just outright outstanding.
