This property is ok by me, but there's one big let down on the Master suit, the there's no walk-in closet even though you can use the master Lounge for extra drawers.Also for that price point I expect fittings like microwave and washing machine to come as standard.THANKS MANSA FOR THIS WONDERFUL TOUR.

I mean come on, there's instagram and we see beautiful house designs there. I still don't know why in 2024 someone would bid a house like this for 125M. I can confidently show you a 5BR home worth 70M and this house doesn't stand a chance. I just hate gray/white cabro and the way Kenyans overprice their houses, with nothing to offer. I mean I expect smart curtains, soft close toilet seats/wardrobes, glass doors, smart home features. Developer!!! It's 2024.

wow thanks for showcasing this property it has its pluses and minuses. let us give credit where it is due the price is not way off bearing in mind this is kitusuru. lots and lots of living space the kitchen is excellent, workmanship is very good on the down side no wooden floors!! no walk in closet in the primary bedroom yet there is a kitchenette no tab and the primary bathroom is small considering the house is 600 sq m . and of cause i did not see a proper laundry room. But the presentation is very good keep it up.

These prices are crazy high, Mansa. I don't know if you know this, but only 0.01 ℅ can afford these prices, and its very unlikely they would be watching this. Please do vidoes of houses that people can actually afford. Ranging from maybe 7.5m to 15m.
