I made this yesterday, recipe for recipe and I have to tell you sis, this is an absolute masterpiece. Seriously, I never in my life imagined cooking my grandmother style fish curry here in America. It was absolutely amazing. I ate so many times. Haha I used shark meat and it turned out to be one of the best curries I’ve ever made. Thank you so much. I used to get so homesick as I missed my grandmother’s cooking - she has passed on. But, through you, traditional Indian cooking lives on. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills with someone like me and through you, I’m finding peace and joy through dishes I love so very much. Keep doing what you’re doing. Almost close to a traditional Tamil method of cooking fish curry but not quite yet. Tamilians rarely add coconut milk in curries. But very nice I think it must be a tasty Tamilian fish curry. Thank you for your recipe.

Sure dear, You can substitute with cows milk or evaporated milk but you can even use milk powder. Each as its distinctive flavor but it won't change the taste of the whole dish. I hope this helps you out ye :)
