I actually cried when mansun split up. I was in my thirties at the time but they meant so much to me that I sobbed like a teenager. I still love their music. They were so honest and uncompromising, and provided a wonderful alternative to the mostly terrible music of that era xx😘💝

I remember seeing the video for this song on Mtv back when they played music! I was 15 at the time and fell in love with this song. I'm 36 now and music is totally soulless now.

This is a really good song. The only reason I ever heard it is because I watched this guy playing a guitar pedal demo and he happened to play a few bars of this tune. It sounded brilliant so I had to look it up. Pity nobody knows this song in the states. Music is in a coma over here. Rock needs another kick in the ass like Kurt Cobain gave it in the early 90's

They're a great band and one of the most underrated of the 90s.. but I suppose their lack of stage presence compared to their peers might have something to do with it. They do sort of look like random guys off the street..!
