what happends if i dont get the green lignt on the charger?also when i tighten the stem it doesnt feel that solid you can steel feel like its kind of loose also i loosen the little bolt on the inside and its still loose it plays a little???

I have a widewheel from fluidfreeride I purchased earlier this year as my first scooter to putter my kid around in. Between him and me we are over 220 lbs and the widewheel suspension isn't very good for the 2 of us. After some research I knew my next scooter would be a mantis since you can't beat the value for best in class weight, power, suspension and the ability to drive through all terrain. I saw the price drop from Voros and compared the base model from fluidfreeride and ended up ordering one from Voros today. I was trying to compare the the SE to the base model with a price point of 1549 base model versus 1899. So for 350 bucks I get a much better EY3 display, dual hydraulic brakes, 0.8 Ah battery life which is pretty solid in my books. I am super excited to ride it once it arrives.

I bought this scooter and am enjoying it a lot now that I've had a chance to ride and get to know it and it's workings. I also chose this scooter after watching it climb hills in SF opposed to other scooters. I live in SF and it makes al the difference when riding up and down the hills not to block drivers and hold up traffic ( which irritates them greatly LOL) and be scary sometimes as well. It does great in traffic flowing easily as you cycle through the speed modes to get a good initial start with cars nearby and going to the trails and beaches which are all nearby in the city. I did buy a good helmet and I happened to have some scooter armor which I don't always but often wear as this scooter is no slouch when it comes to acceleration and maintaining traffic speeds, so be extra defensive!

I have one of these scooters from the other vendor and I like it during summer. 1 thing I wish I knew is this controller on mine is ABSOLUTELY NOT WATER RESISTANT! you can’t even get caught in the rain. The controller on mine even has a moisture sticker (white if dry, pink if was exposed). After one and only ride in the rain I had to replace it and now the scooter sits without use till summer because I’m scared of chancing getting caught in the rain. (I used It for last mile to work). A blast during summer though.

Have the same issue, had to replace the entire thing I never ride in the rain but got caught once , also the mud guards are highly inadequate, even if there is a little moisture on the road your back your legs and the deck of the scooter will be soaked and dirty !! I’ve had to source an extension and have the scooter waterproofed an expensive scooter that still needs a lot of improvements !

I want this particular scooter because I have other Voro Motor scouters, which are nice to run, or use. The main reasons for my wanting this particular scooter are, the suspension, distance between charging, and the speed.

We recommend you check out the Mantis King GT in that case! The suspension is much better and you might like the other upgrades as well. If you want really long-range, you might want to check out the Wolf King. bit.ly/KingGT

hello AJ, how can I get the code to get the $400.00 off, if I show up to the store in person to buy the kaabo Mantis Pro SE, will that help? I do have a question, I am excite about this scooter more than the Varla eagle one, because it weights 11 pounds less, smaller to fit in your car, a bit of more torque, suspension is not adjustable like the varla, and is very small but I don't care about, what's killing me is the fact the IT DOES NOT HAVE AN IGNITION KEY, a cable can't go through the rims or tires. very hard to leave it in the office like this. Very serious situation, any suggestions about locking the scooter to it self? I would not mind paying extra money to place a key ignition, this problem needs to be taken care. A ignition key would help a bit, other than the mentioned above, I still rather the Kaabo Mantis Pro SE over the Varla Eagle 1, any further suggestions, AJ? Even though the Mantis Pro SE is not water resistance like the Eagle one, I still like it more.

I’ve got the road to the beach by myself a lot and I could go a little faster on all that open road. Two lanes, about a mile, all by myself going 19 mph on a Ninebot Max. I’m thinking this is taking a bit longer than it should.

The ninebot has a higher max speed than 19, double check your speed settings and remember that turbo mode and motor mode are toggled. prop it up and spin the wheels to check that you got them moving correctly. - AJ

Do you use the thumb throttle or the regular one? I'm thinking of getting her the one with the thumb throttle since she's used to driving 4 wheelers. I just don't know how hard it is to push it.
