We been rocking with Black Sands for years now, and were happy to give when they put out the call for investors. That was real talk when Manuel said Black Sands will own the space of talking about pre-slavery Black history and companies such as Disney won't be able to come in and change it. Disney has already followed the narrative of Egypt being "Middle Eastern" with non-Black faces dominating the scene, so Black Sands is actually correcting the narrative. It will be up to US to keep them from trying to come back and change the narrative back to the false one. ~Vaughn

I 1st learned about KEMET in 1994 my 12th grade year at Largo high school. No one else talks about our African origins. 2019 I learned about Black Sands Entertainment from their comic book series.
