I currently don't have any videos on that, but I added it to my list! If you want to use the Post Purchase Tag, I think you need some connection between your online store and ManyChat and then you can use the Post Purchase Tag as Content Type in the flow builder.

And if I have 2 different business, say one is a ecommerce business and the other is a travel business and they both have their own Facebook Page but they are linked to the same Facebook profile, and I want to upgrade to a Pro account do I pay for each of them separately or together?

A Facebook Page is always connected to a chatbot builder (not a Facebook profile). So, because these are two Facebook pages, you will have two separate accounts.

What are the Advanced Messaging settings of your Facebook Page? Go to Settings --> Advanced Messaging --> Handover Protocol. There, you can click on "Configure" next to "Messenger receiver". Here, the Primary Receiver should be ManyChat or Chatfuel.

I think there is not any chatbot builder that can give you that (that I know). With every chatbot builder, you pay based on the functionality or the number of subscribers (or both). But a fixed price is not possible, it is often monthly/yearly price.

With ManyChat, you can send unlimited messages to 1000 users on the Free account and unlimited users on the Pro account (price increases with the number of users). With Chatfuel, you can send unlimited messages to 50 users on the Free account and unlimited users on the Pro account (price increases with the number of users).

Is there any way to remove audience in manychat. Already i have crossed 1000 audience in manychat. Now they are asking for up gradation to pro account. But i want to continue as a free account. I Already unsubscribe my all audience. Now audience list is empty but chatbot is not working until its become pro account. Please help.

You can remove audience in ManyChat by going to Audience, selecting the people and unsubscribe them. But, this will have no effect on your free account. Once you have surpassed the 1000 subscribers, you need to pay for a Pro account (also if you unsubscribe the subscribers and go below the 1000).
