How can I replace Quick Replies in whatsapp? I need to save de answares on google sheet, but i cant doit with buttons

Unfortunately, we don’t have quick replies in WhatsApp. I think there are two options you can use: 1. Use buttons and add an action after that button that sets the custom field to a certain value 2. Tell the user if they type “1”, that means that they are choosing the first option, if they type “2” -> second option, and so on. It like to display them like this: 1️⃣ Option 1 2️⃣ Option 2 Does that help?

hey brother, really good and in depth video. but one question from my side. can i create message with multiple options, and people or customer can choose more than one option from the options given by me. example: if car wash service want to let their customer select more than one service, for their car, can this be possible. i have heard about that letting customers select more than one option at once within the same message is possible but i am not able to do that. help.

Hey Ashwani, great question! Unfortunately, it is not possible to select multiple items within the same message. But what you could do is let the user select the first service and then ask "Do you also want another service?". Then show the options again so they can select a second service (and a third, and a fourth, and so on). Hope this helps!

Do you have any tutorials or know any tutorials on utube that shows how to save multiple options selected by customer, as u just told me, with the help of any custom field or make it our own formula in custom field. That's not possible. So if you want more than 3 buttons, you need to use Quick Replies.

Not that I know off... But from my own experience, I do know that setting up a follow-up for Multiple Choice User Input does really help to increase conversation rates.

How do I set up seperate messages for the individual options? For example: Option1 - sales support Option 2 - site visit How to do i create 2 separate messages based on user input from above.

Hey Mohammed! You can create a condition that checks on the value of the custom field. So if custom field = option1 then go to message 1, otherwise go to message 2.

It’s currently not possible to do the Multiple Choice User Input with WhatsApp. If you want to do something similar, I recommend using regular buttons.
