Anyone notice when sammy made those 3 quick pad saves he was doing the splits perfectly blocking the whole bottom of the net from pole to pole. Thats the sign hes back. He knows precisely where his posts are without looking, hes sturdy and suttle while puck tracking. Those are signs a goalie is confident. I'm calling it now. Sammy came to take his starting spot back and show that this team is a solid goalie away from a cup.

He’s shown that he’s an incredibly talented goaltender when he’s feeling 100%. He’s a human being who’s been going through mental struggles, and he just so happens to be a player that plays for the team I’ve supported my entire life. So despite his struggles recently and whether or not he’s the “starter” or not, he has my full support. Both as a player and a human being. And if you choose not to support him, go cheer for another team and stop your crying. People like you make the rest of us leaf fans look bad.
