A little bit of wheat germ or lecithin would make a good emulsification agent, so the butter and syrup wont separate. Try that next time! :-)

I'm one up on you here - I know how to turn the camera on. LOL. Definitely dog approved - he was licking his chops and lips. I always glazed and I love the maple syrup. I got try this but I need a syringe. Thank you for this idea and yes I hope your thanksgiving is a good one. I heard you say you're working, but you can still make it a good one I;m sure.
