Gotta love the G-Body's! I had a 83 Buick Regal Limited back in high school in the 90's that I bought for 2K, first thing I did was put wire wheels on it and a cheap $500 paint job. Leaked oil like BP but it was still enough to get the attention of a couple girls to christen that comfy front bench seat accordingly on some nights cruising.

I was too young but back in the mid 80's-90's you could get a g body ,fV8, 500-5000. Even 1979 models for Almost nothing.

Nice ride, for some reason it seemed like the 4.3 in the Montes and El Caminos had less power than the S10 did. I had a El Camino and Cutlass with the V6 and they was weak. My Dad a S10 Blazer and that thing was badass

This car has some STYLE.! Definitely not like the same old rake or torque thruster wheels you see on every same looking car show in the local burger joint. It gets old pulling up looking at the same El Camino or Malibu with its hood open showing you the same chrome Chevy small block

I would like for you to know that the A/C system will not work proper at idle and prone to starting , so it will take at lest 3 to 5 min's to push the refrigerant out the accelerator into the compressor as you go down the road and if it doesn't then you know that you have a problem with the a/c system. For a 4.3 is a 350 with 2 cylinders cut off and with a new throttle body flue ignition system I have seen these cars do 200 MPH on the track and they keep on going on a lick and a promises is what I like to see. So this old Monte is priced today, so don't her get away. For I have built may, that would out run V8' s today.

Nice car but $10,900 on a 39 year old car is way too much. What's the repair history? When you buy an old car like that, you need to replace the common parts so you won't be stranded on the road. Those parts are: alternator, starter, battery, radiator plus radiator hoses, a complete tuned up, oil change, brakes. Most people think that list is a bit excessive but how many cars, with those years, have you've seen on the side of a highway? $6,000 could be a reasonable price for that car.

Fuzzy dash hiding cracks? Got to go though. I was annoyed by it and am just watching a video. Taillights aren't supposed to move. Front end needs work, it was rattling in the parking lot. Sounds all wrong. Maybe a good candidate for a V-8 swap or just a better motor if you keep the V-6. Those rims aren't doing the car any favors.
