By living, suddenly Walt could face the consequences for everything he had done. Dying gave him a courage he hadn’t been able to exhibit before. In a way, living would rob Heisenberg of his strength.

16:39 ~ Walt has already done horrific deeds AND HIS DEATH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HIS ABSOLUTION for them. Now he has to **ACTUALLY LIVE WITH** the things he has done.

Chandra asked where they go with the mobile lab to cook. They drive out to Native American reservations within a few hours of Albuquerque to "cook" since the tribal police are under resourced. Recall that in Season 1 Hank and the Albuquerque local police had to work with the Native police force to ID the gas masks found on their lands...and that is how Hank found that the equipment was from the High School where Walter teaches

Walt scienced the heck out of this episode, to paraphrase Mark Watney.

I think it's even "AHHHHHHH, WIIIIRE!" without the "A", which makes it so much worse (scientifically) haha. He didn't just not know what element a wire is made from, he thought "wire", as a general substance, was an element 🤣🤣

I think Walt liked the freedom to Heisenberg. Living meant he did not have an excuse to cook meth anymore, he had to go back to his old life where he felt trapped.

All the episodes of Breaking Bad have a great musical score.

this is becoming one of my favorite KZbin channels. I used to watch reaction channels where people were acting so over the top and acting like everything is the craziest thing they've ever seen, but the fakeness got boring. I like the way you two do things much better, and I approve of anyone who has "jeepers" in their vocabulary

Seems like the more subtle aspects of the plot go over their heads though

this is a hallmark episode of the series. one of the best

Walt beats up on the towel dispenser in the Men's washroom because he is starting to LIKE being a crook. Now that he has a chance to beat the cancer and has made $672K worth of drugs for BOTH Jesse and himself he might have to go back to being a lowly underpaid HS teacher and is angry. Many people debate through the show WHEN does Walter actually turn evil- this is one sign that he wasn;t doing it just for the cash

He's pissed because everything he has been doing was under the assumption he was going to die but now it seems like he might live. He feels like all the terror, pain, risk and criminality was for nothing.

It's only a LITTLE disconcerting to see Jodan's beard appear and disappear seemingly at random. Either that or he can grow one REALLY quickly!! 🤣

Jesse tells Walter in the parking lot that Saul had gotten his friend Emilio off rom serious charges several times already and Saul would be the kind of guy that Jesse would hire. So Saul DOES know Jesse and could then track down Walt

The reason for Walt punching the tissue dispenser is why the show is genius. He saw his reflection but I believe it was Walt starring at Heisenberg and getting upset that Heisenberg had to disappear forever since the cancer was almost gone.
@Shiftarus14 сағат бұрын
I think it's just the standard trope of being mad at a reflection because it reminds you of parts of you that are upsetting. He's not having a personality disorder, Heisenburg is Walt.

MRIs are very noisy. You need earplugs or earphones. At first I was scared now I love it.

The reason Walt decided he was able to live with the horrific things he's doing is that he wouldn't have to live with them for a very long time. Before he said to Hank that he never slept so good since his diagnosis. I guess he accepted his fate and did what he thought was necessary. The idea he now has to live with these horrific acts wat not what he had forseen.

Walt had made peace with his death. He had made enough money to secure his family’s future. Now, he faces years of more medical debt and knows that he will have to continue to cook meth and lie to his loved ones.

Every horrible thing he did he justified because he was dying and was doing it for his family. Now he did all those horrible things and has no justification.

I think he punched the box because of what he did to his family … the lying etc
