Thanks so much for doing a video on Marangaroo. The suburb I've spent over 20+ of my life in. It truly is a gem driving through some streets in certain parts of it 💎 🌳 🏡 Nice curvy streets, big nice trees, pretty houses, and a good vibe. Big blocks and houses

Definitely a quiet and peaceful suburb that is still within an affordable price range. There are some surprisingly nice streets. Few scruffy houses and unkempt verges but brought here last year and don't regret it at all. Absolutely the only complaint I have is there are a few noisy hoons at night but honestly I barely notice even that.

Yes - mostly the more expensive suburbs are experiencing a price correction eg. Peppermint Grove dropped by 10% year-on-year.
