while Chinese and other D2 steels vary slightly in their composition the K110 is made by Boehler in Vienna, Austria. since they deliver a reliably consistent composition you can get your heat treatment adjusted to the point. edit: the ST8 is a Sebenza homage like the Land 910Plus, but comes in CF and K110. crowned spine. cool. worth checking out.
