Figured you'd like that old replica stadium. I sell a lot of them of various sizes but knew the only rabbit who'd appreciate Lambeau the most. Hard to keep or find them in mint condition with the tiny pieces, lights and stems.

You should build a some shelving around the corner from the sales floor, so you can either stage stuff there to go on the sales floor or then use as a place to keep stuff you find at the end of the sale that has a higher dollar amount.

I happened upon another reseller on YT who opened a bin store, within a month of me finding her channel she was out of business. She also said she got very bad pallets and could never recover. The pallet retailers are taking the high priced items out to sell on their own and repackaging the junk for the resellers. I also watch a couple who unpack their pallets on YT and often they are getting expired food and graduation and calendars from a year ago. Lots of very cheap items that are not worth shipping costs. Don't know how resellers are going to be able to make it when the greedy guys on top leave you with the junk.

I have not gone to Goodwill or local thrift stores much since before CVD19, I save more money not walking in the stores. I went with a friend the other day and was shocked how high the prices are, not much margin for resellers anymore. Seems like if you are wiling to spend an entire day going through the miles of clothes you might find some designer clothes not marked up, but who has time for that?

My local bin store has a ton of graduation crap. There is SO much of it, there's got to be a scam behind it. Because nobody would buy graduation stuff if they didn't actually need and want it. If you don't really want it, you'd never buy it. But someone did, by the ton. Who is buying this stuff and then returning so much of it?

The back rooms need more racking, then can use more of the floor for sortation. Possibly even racks on the 2 outside walls of the sales floor to store Gaylords or black wrapped pallets of items up high until it’s that seasons sale. Make every foot of that building earn money

YES! USPS has been awful! It took almost a week for a LETTER to get from Texas to Oregon! And I was supposed to get a package today that says it's in transit! I don't know what's going on. I do blame the weather a bit...we had some unexpected snow storms here, which rarely happens. Sooooo....

Hey Rabbit, the reason those cases of bleach aren't selling might be because bleach only has a 6 month shelf life. Even if they are still good now a non-commercial customer can't use 6 gallons of bleach fast enough. You might have to sell them individually

@Resale Rabbit. I totally understand since you are from up north that you don't understand ice in drinks, but you are not from Texas or a desert like region. We WANT ice!!!! I was in Moab, UT one summer right before the 4th of July. It is anywhere from 115 to 125 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and it cools down to 100 degrees at night. You wouldn't make it without ice. You soak bandanas in ice water and wear them around your neck and the convenience stores sell water bottles that are 2 ft tall in the freezer section. It melts in the heat as fast as you can drink it. I am in Texas and I hate when they put light ice in a drink because we get so hot. It melts faster because there isn't enough. If you want a cool drink in Texas it better have ice in it. I want a lot and I get really annoyed when they hand me the cup and I can hear the ice sloshing around. I know there isn't enough. I get a big drink knowing that I don't get as much of it because of the ice, but at least I know it will be cold. More ice melts slower, unless you ignore it for an hour or two. It just depends on where you live.

That Lambeau Field replica looks kinda like the ones Sports Collectors Guild made in late 90s and early 2000s. I bought a bunch of baseball stadiums on Facebook to resell a while back and they look very similar to that.

I find a lot of them on Facebook marketplace and local stores for cheap. Good profit during given sport seasons and around Christmas. Actually sold one Danbury Mint stadium for 800 bucks.

There's a USPS scandal in Texas right now about lost packages. They only say these was an "incident" but won't explain what's going on. Meanwhile packages are bouncing into Texas and back out all over the country.

Your pricing is weird, you should price your stuff for what it is worth, not how much you paid for the pallet. You would probably make more money that way .That why you can't sell stuff and then give it away. Plus Use higher visable signs because if the public don't see the price they won't as,(in most cases) they just won't buy

Sounds like you've been getting some bad pallets. You're going to have to be more selective, and get tougher with the distributors who are sending junk. You may not be the biggest customer, but you're not a part-time flea-market seller, either.
