eBay Standard Envelope (ESE) is PO to PO tracking only. It's marked delivered at your local PO and then is delivered with regular mail. That's why it was marked delivered and then you got it later.

Might not be a bad idea to start a back-up eBay store and start listing a few items there. This way in case you ever lose your main eBay account you have another established account. Also please back up all your listings so you can upload them to the new account if ever needed.

There are other reason to never go cash only; Tax auditors hate cash, staff can make handling errors, it can get stolen, forgotten, or stuck in a pocket (not implying anything for your staff, just as a general concept)... and taking a lot of cash in an area like your warehouse is in would encourage would be thieves to plan a late in the day run to take your cash. You aren't set up in a way to handle that much cash easily, it is a management problem as much as anything else. Plus, as you mentioned, people who have "special" cards (like the bio cards) aren't going to be paying cash. It is just life.

After a second look at the results, I think I see a trend, and some data mining might get you the best answer: What were people buying when sales were good, and how were you pricing things then? I am seeing your sales now pretty heavy in cleaners, wipes, and household items. Those are things where the margin between the retail price and the price you are selling it isn't really as big a gap as all that. So you are having to compete in these areas against what people would buy normally when they go grocery shopping. That is a tougher market. I also see you heavier (space wise) for special buy items. There is a fairly significant amount of space given over to those items. I think your best sales have been when you had lots of toys, makeup, clothes, etc. Things where you had a more significant margin over what would have been the retail price. Buying a $5 item for $2 is nice, buying a $10 item for $2 is nicer. I think your lower dollar price days use to be a lot more productive, which would suggest more desirable merchandise on those days. I am also thinking you might learn a lot by figuring out where in your layout you are making the sales... like dollars per square foot (like a normal store might do). I suspect that for the space given over to it, the special buy stuff isn't as productive as the tables. in turn, the tables may not be as productive as pallets of stuff or the old melon box full of random stuff. While I know it is harder to control what you can and cannot get, but this might also help to guide your buying a bit towards what might sell better. Impulse buy items I think are what drives a lot of it. I would also say this: The dropping price sale sounds like a very good concept, but if a person can only come on one day, and it is a relatively expensive day, will they just pass on stuff because the margins over normal retail are too low? Again, that $10 for $5 sound good, but the next day when it's $10 for $2 sounds better. Maybe at 50% off retail, it isn't interesting enough for them to pick it up... they will just wait until they really need it and buy it retail. You may have to go back and look where you started and try to figure out what parts were working, and which ones you are lost out on over time.

The bad taste of seltzer water is the carbonation creates carbonic acid. Some people can really taste that and for them it's horrible. But add *enough* flavor like in regular sodas and they can't taste the carbonic acid. If you don't like the taste of diet or zero sugar soda check the ingredients for acesulfame potassium. It's an artificial sweetener which reacts with carbonic acid to produce a nasty bitter taste. If it doesn't say less than 2% Ace K it's undrinkable for me.
