@@CodMan951 If you follow Marcio's career and personal life you'd notice that he's been looking like that from his early 20's and there was never a change in his muscularity, plus he has kids of various ages, and his boy took over his genetics. In some rare cases people are genetically gifted with muscularity and strength. Marcio is one of those rare exceptions.

@@CodMan951 I have to disagree,even though I don't know Marcio personally I'm a natural bodybuilder at 5'6 182lbs with 16.75 inch biceps and 13.5 inch forearms I have a close gym partner who is 6'2 around 240 with massive arms and is on Peds.Yet I'm almost as strong as he is on upper body,and I crush him on legs...so genetics play a huge roll in my personal opinion regarding not just looks,but even strength. Dieting also plays a much bigger roll than ppl care to acknowledge "You are what you eat" that is a very old and true saying

That's Nemiroff Cup, it was won by John, Denis, Andrey in the past, it hasn't been held since 2019 due to lockdowns and it's Russian owned so not likely to come back anytime soon.
