So many people or even Thai people think that Thai Northern food ' s taste would be flat and sweet because some of restuarant which is famous in the traveler guide adapt it in the way too much for them. But in realistic Thai Northern foods flavor quite strong.

If the animal is captive-bred and is raised in a controlled environment, dies healthy, and then the meal is prepared in a timely fashion after the slaughter there are many animals you can consume raw without issue. Marco himself served steak tartare (raw beef) for years whilst being the top chef in the country. I make it myself now and then - I personally love the flavour but dislike the consistency so it's by no means an 'every week' one but I enjoy it.
