I remember going to the Savoy when Marcus was the Chef Patron there under the Gordon Ramsay Group. Apart from a very odd sommelier, the food was exceptional. Always liked his style.

That's the issue I have with Ramsey. So so much of him is bravado. I have massive respect for this skill, he is a superb chef. But I just don't like him very much because he so up his own arse. I have seen only a handful of videos of him either cooking or talking about cooking that he was likeable. But every time he said something to ruin it.
