My man, the edits the music the cuts the dedication, hardwork and passion you put into calisthenics and editing your videos is truly mind boggling for me to digest, and at such a young age?? I hope that you won't have a serious injury in the coming future because I'm a little bit worried at the speed of how you're progessing so fast in these advanced moves, but I'm sure you know better than me. Just don't be too reckless when experimenting stuff. But what am i but an athlete which isn't stronger than you and doesn't have much experience as you. Keep them videos coming 🔥

I truly loved this, I have been training for about 1 year and a couple months now and I achieved some cool skills and reached a good fundation of strenght ( front full, Vsit, one arm backlever, 1'+ Handstand and lots of figures, a couple freestanding hspu and 10+ clean muscle ups) but I have never trained for planche, with this video you have made me start, I'll comment here when I achieve 5" of straddle planche. ;) GOT IT 😍💪🏻

1 year is like very reasonable time to spent for a skill like that and you're considered lucky if you get it in such a short period of time it can take up to 10 years for some people can you imagine training 10 years for a stupid skill that's the true dedication in my opinion But concratulation my dude you're that's a very big achievement and you also just throwed a 90 degree push up in there just for the fun of it lmao
