The scripture Dave is referring to is found in the Book of Baruch, which is part of the Deuterocanonical books included in the Catholic and Orthodox Christian Old Testaments but not in the Hebrew Bible or most Protestant Bibles. The passage emphasizes that true wisdom comes from knowing and following God’s laws rather than understanding the physical creation. Baruch 3:14 states: “Learn where there is wisdom, where there is strength, where there is understanding, that you may at the same time discern where there is length of days and life, where there is light for the eyes and peace.”

When I heard lady Barker tell about the prophets being somewhere east of Jordan in the south, I remembered what I had heard about the community of the people of light down in the area of Qumran where the Dead Sea scrolls were found. They had a leader who was highly esteemed. Then I watched another video that suggested that John the Baptist had been part of that community. Then later, while studying the book of Matthew and I came to the part where Jesus said that John was the greatest prophet. I wondered about that and asked the Lord to fill me in on what is missing here. It did not seem that John lived long enough to be a great prophet. So the Lord reminded me about the group of Prophets there in Qumran and told me they were true prophets who, for a very long time had been living there out of sight and out of mind of the religious authorities of the Jews and the Roman authorities. They were involved is safeguarding scriptures. Then just before Herod's order to kill all the Baby boys. The Angel of the Lord told the prophets to go to Zacharias and get John and his mother and take them with them out into the desert. When the soldiers went looking for John and not finding him they went to Zacharias and questioned him and when he would not tell where john was they killed him between the temple and the altar. So John grew up with the prophets and became their leader. He then employed the prophets in making copies of the scriptures and organized a distribution plan to put copies of the scriptures into the hands of the common people in preparing them for the coming of the Lord.
