@@miramichi30 thanks! Sometimes these things bug me too! I used to have a clarinet in my younger days and attempted to learn but didn’t get too far. I did think the mouthpiece in this video looked a bit different from a clarinet. Maybe that’s the instrument I should have tried instead of the clarinet, as perhaps the mouthpiece of an oboe is easier to play. It was the mouth control ( embouchure) which I found the most difficult. Nowadays I couldn’t play either of them as I’m in my 70s and have no “puff” left due to much less lung capacity ! I’ll stick to my keyboard, since my fingers still work a bit! 🎹🎼
