@@eamonnclabby7067we’re here for good, and with Ukraine. Some facts - people settled Estonia as far back as 10,000 years, earliest recorded artifacts and evidence from 7000 years ago, the Romans mentioned us as Estlanders, the Norse vikings had plenty to say about wild Estonians. Our language - of the Finno-Ugric group - and culture survived russian empire and soviet regime. Vabadust! (Freedom!)

me too, never seen anything like it, ever and i'm a news hound and deep student since the '80's of war events. She is incredible, as are her compatriots. Most ppl dn't realize that Ukr was possibly THE major part of the brains of the USSR/russian power-structure visavis technology and high-brow industrial capabilities, namely in aerospace. This is part of why Ru was so jealous and also didnt want such a skilled ppl right next to them, who also newly realized true democracy was what they preferred, strongly preferred after the pathetic last gasps of corruptocracy/kleptocracy in the early 2010's in Ru and Ukr.

@18_rabbit Whatever the russian propagandists say, your right its mostly russian/putins jealousy because they couldn't see Ukraine get ahead and prosper in thier own right,especially not fellow slavs.. so decided to contrive war to put a spanner in the works so to speak,truly shocking state of affairs..that and so putin could trumpet how he's restored the Russian empire which started with the Crimea campaign.

with Russia being the largest country in the world, i feel like it is the whole planet's responsibility to help Ukraine against the imperialistic expansionism that is being attempted there! If standing up for people who need help defending themselves from people attempting genocide, then where EXACTLY do you think he will be willing to stop if he succeeds there????

Russia is large by land mass only. The population isn’t very large. There are only 143 million Russians left. Russia’s population isn’t much larger than Japan’s. Russia as a median age of about 40 now & only about 13-14 million men aged 18-34. They were already in a demographic doom spiral before they sacrificed half a million men in battle and lost another million or more who fled the country. Russia has a massive drug and alcohol problem and the life expectancy for males is somewhere mid/late 60s-about on par with that of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

I’m interested in how Ukraine can collaborate with many small groups outside Ukraine to innovate their drones. The 3 types are: Short range for the fighting front Long range for deep inside Russia Sea drones Many people around the world are handy with repairs and creative designs. RC model aircraft builders already do this, just not for Ukraine. Not yet. A lot of KZbin videos are produced by these builders showing the builds and testing. Next is fast mass production of the latest designs found to be effective. The logical approach is test a design on the battlefield, then make a few more with modifications, then start to mass produce them. This assures you make good designs but you also let the other side know about them so they can generate countermeasures faster. When possible it would be better to identify a need, test new designs that meet this need, then release a few thousand drones in the same night to overwhelm the other side.

i'll never understand how Russia is still on the UN Security Council and ALSO not classified as a terrorist nation (well, apart from politics for the latter) after starting and this terrible, unjust (why hit so many civilian centers and targets? hospitals, schools, cultural centers? Ukraine has mostly never done so, at least on purpose and as a strategy, itself during the war - shows you how simply barbaric Russia is... and how worthy Ukraine is.) and unrealistic (in their goals/desired outcomes... definitely by now or well since they ran into a brick wall early on in the first few months) unprovoked and mostly unjustified war. 😼how many Geneva Convention and other modern war and international laws and treaties codes of conducts have they broken??
@phillee2814
@phillee2814 2 ай бұрын
I would by this stage be surprised to learn of any international law, code, or treaty that the terrorist federation has NOT broken, in most cases, hundreds of times. We should have forgotten about any "peace dividend" in 2014 and been armed up, stocked up, and brimming with excess capability well before the full-scale invasion in February 2022, yet here we are and no contracts for additional shells have been signed or orders placed, despite the empty promises, announcements, and endless bureaucratic delays. They are still arguing over the least expensive ways to increase production, apparently not realising that the true cost increases with every day of delay. And the terrorist federation needs to have been reminded of its non-member status at the UN and shown the door - or if they prefer, the window. 🇺🇦Slava Ukraini!🇺🇦🇬🇧

Very important point that UK could divert some of its defence budget to native Ukrainian manufacturers to get more bang for their buck. Also no one seems to be attempting to inform Russians how drastically Putin is mortgaging their futures to China and NK to keep his war going. This might be especially effective this winter.

Christ, why can't Jonathan dress up a little? His guests always show up well-dressed as befits the occasion. But Jonathan shows up like a slob somewhere in a field, wearing a t-shirt that gives one the impression that he probably slept in it. I enjoy Jonathan's guests immensely, but Jonathan's presence is just a bit off-putting, given that we are not his family used to seeing him in his underwear. He should be more respectful to his guests and try to dress to show them (and us) the respect that they deserve.
