LN Feldway knew Veldanava couldn't actually be dead/killed, so instead of trying to revive him/bring him back to life, he tried to get his attention to get him to return to the Cardinal World. His scheme fell apart due to Jahil, the very first high human created by Twilight Valentine (Divine Ancestor/creator of every race in Tensura except Angels and Demons) possessing Footman's body and 'killing' him. Not confirmed 100% he's dead, just missing currently along with Laplace

Okay so apparently it's supposed to be Maria Rosso > ruler of Europe > Mariabell Rosso Except while Mariabell as the ruler of Europe had memories of her life as Maria, Mariabell herself has only memories of her life as ruler of Europe and not Maria Pretty confusing stuff and I'm not exactly sure why would it work that way but if so then she could be the Reincarnation of Maria at the same time technically I guess that the memory keeping in this case works with the 1 previous life for some reason
