This is a family favorite, I have made it so many times...you are a genius😘. I admit I add more butter, more cinnamon & Brown Swerve for the cinnamon filling. Also have noticed it cooks better on a baking stone over a baking sheet.

How come your mozz/cream cheese mix was liquidy and mine was a gooey blob? It was almost impossible to mix the almond flour in their with the egg. Its in the oven now, but i could still see the separation of white and yellow in the dough where cheese and almond flour hadn't mixed. I micro it one minute, was still thick so did the whole 2 minutes. Was still a blob.
