This complex is very effective and fully lives up to its title: minus 3 kilos for three weeks of day after day training is without some nutrition limitations. I love it. Maria, thank you, you are a treasure. All the best

Here is a suggestion for everybody. Don´t skip the advertisments, she is an amazing dancer and puts all her effort, the less that we can do is help her by watching the advertisments. Awesome workout, love it

I have come here to tell you how much I LOVE your beginner ballet barre as well as your ballet for a lazy day. I love your classes that are geared towards a *slightly* less advanced crowd because they are fantastic for me to do as someone who just dances for fun and loves dancing. I really like the shuffle between the two moves. It kinda gives your body a break without actually taking one. That way you feel less exhausted, but also get those calories burned.

Hyper extended legs have to do with your bone structure, so that is not something that you can learn. Of course, it's always good to try to get the most out of your body, and doing the right exercises will help improve you, but bones will never change.

yeahhh! i actually found that to be true too. after I got through my first moment of like WOW this actually HURTS i wanna give up and actually pushed through it it seems to hurt less somehow. idk i struggle with pushing thru pain and it was cool!
