I was supposed to see Marilyn Manson Danzig and Korn back in 1995. I was 14yrs old and the night of the concert when I was about to leave my parents stopped me to let me know they found my ticket and I was not going lol. They grounded me for a month. The concert was 2hrs away. I look back at it now as a mother and they went easy on me😅 I finally got to see Manson when he toured with Slipknot. My dream only took over 21 years but I got to experience it with my oldest daughter. Well worth the wait🙌

The best one is already on KZbin, look for MM playing in Hamilton Ontario on May 2nd, 1997. I was there, the bootleg is one of the best MM gigs online, despite Zim Zum relying on backing tapes to play the more difficult leads and solos. They even used their own footage of that gig for the Dead to the World home video, you can especially tell during Irresponsible Hate Anthem (it was one of the very few gigs where Mr. Manson wore a Canadian flag rather than the US flag, and his movements are identical).

A series of fortunate events for a young boy . In 1994 at BOY SCOUT CAMP the archery teacher had a sketch book with a Manson logo on it.I had seen it before but thought it said MARILYNS MANSION.Then in metal edge I saw some T shirts and a small article. Then I randomly woke up to DOPE HAT on MTV at like 2:30am and my world changed forever. All the stuff Scott wrote for A.S was great but without Scott it went all to hell. Saw them 96-97 on the A.S tour and many say that was their pinnacle but to me they took it to a shitty place and lost almost all of its appeal from an artistic standpoint. This to me theatrically was their pinnacle. Basically without Scott for music and Brad for style Brian Warner ruined it..THEN he got tits and I was outta there..But when it was good it was amazing and Portrait is probably my favorite album ever written and Scott is my favorite guitarist/musician of all time ..

You mean portrait and smells like children are albums you identify with. Same with antichrist, you like the industrial metal mixed with Alice Cooper type creepiness and showmanship. All of Mansons albums are good, Golden Age of Grotesque is absolutely amazing. Pale emperor is fucking great. We are chaos is completely different but it's so good. Do you really want a tree every painting? Perhaps you'd like a mountain or bear right? Same with artists. There are bands that sound the same every album eg AC/DC and they admit it. It's fine, it's just what you as an artist want. Maybe you grew older, maybe your tastes changed. That's fine, there are bands I loved where I don't listen to new stuff or don't care for it. I grew, music I never listened to as a kid like soft rock or outlaw country I really like now.
