Mariner cabin paint job

Hi there, I’ve got a near identical task on my hands. Please can you tell me what you used to scrape the paint and then the actual paint you used. Thank you!

I used a wire brush. I think I'd use a pressure washer if I did it again. Then wire brush. I used behr marquis exterior satin white. Probably Glidden gripper primer. Lots of boat people said I was crazy for not using over priced boat paint,, but all these years later still looks great.
