✅ Brine for pickling:
1 liter of clean water = 5 cups* (200 ml volume each)
1 tbsp (30 g) salt
2 tbsp (50-60 g) sugar
vinegar in the jar before sealing

✅ for a 1-liter jar:
70% essence - 0.5 tsp or 9% vinegar = 4 tsp
✅for a 1.5-liter jar:
70% essence - 1 tsp or 9% vinegar = 8 tsp
✅for a 2-liter jar:
70% essence - 1 tsp or 9% vinegar = 8 tsp
✅for a 3-liter jar:
70% essence - 2 tsp or 9% vinegar = 16 tsp or 80 ml

✅ Ingredients for a 1-liter jar:
cucumbers - 500-530 g = 10-12 pcs (depending on size)
sweet pepper - 1/3 pcs
dill umbrella - 1 pc
bay leaf - 1 pc
black peppercorns - 4 pcs
allspice - 2 pcs
garlic - 1-2 cloves
70% vinegar - 0.5 tsp or 9% - 4 tsp
The brine for one jar is approximately 500 ml = 2.5 cups (also done based on 1 liter of water - 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp sugar, top up the jar, add vinegar at the end)

sweet pepper - 1 pc
