A new skips WR with one of the craziest comebacks ever. At the end I say the special cup is 26 seconds better than my next best in a run, but actually it's 17 seconds (didn't take out the menuing to the cup)

I think it is Frappa Snowland is where you start, glitch around the starting pole to the right and get a lap. Repeating it, is like 3 laps in 30 seconds or less. But I have not done it in years and that is the only speedrun I found myself.
