Some of the karts I got for my characters it helped me so much with dry bones with Luigi’s third car and Luigi helped me with the rob buttons car and Wario helped me beat rainbow road on 150cc mirror mode also with the rob buttons!

I’m just gonna say it. This was probably one of the best mario kart games to exist to date and not even for the ridiculous amount of nostalgia it brings. The tracks are great, music is great and it provides that classic mario kart experience. In later games it is kind of cool with the futuristic stuff but they did so much wrong and limited is more than this masterpiece did. Not only does is have the normal racing modes but it has boss battles and challenges, time trials like other games and one of my favourites were the balloon battles that allowed you to use the ds mic to blow up the balloons or use the controller if you preferred that. Mario kart 8 failed with game modes because they ruined it by making it point based with a maximum of 5 minutes playtime. If you run out of balloons you don’t get eliminated. Instead you respawn with more balloons which is boring. It was so much more fun trying to outlast all the opponents and they didn’t even at the option to choose how you would like to play the match. Then there’s the fact that you cannot choose other characters karts in mario kart 8. For example if I use mario then the standard kart will be red themed as for all the other karts pretty much. There should be an option to choose different colours much like mario kart ds. And to finish it off mario kart ds had the ability to make little logos on your kart and the credits for the end of the game will forever be amazing to me

Big facts here tbh Mario kart ds was WAY better than Mario kart mainly it's stages and speed and I still remember Mario kart 7 had a slow turning steering wheel and I hated it since I wanted to drift but it's sooooo slow, thats why I prefer Mario kart ds

My siblings and I always called the tank the "cheapmobile", because it's acceleration and handling were so much better than anything else it gave you a significant advantage. We'd use our favorite karts most of the time, but if someone lost a few times in a row it was time for them to bust out the cheapmobile!

I remember if you haven't finished 150cc mirror, all characters can have totally 7 karts. 3 karts for each of their own. 4 for each of their extra kart. Example: Mario: Toad's 3rd car(02:55), Daisy's yellow car, Dry Bone's bone car, Waluigi's digger. Waluigi: Mario's car(01:38), Luigi's vacuum(01:54), Wario's car(03:16), Bowser's paw car(03:33). R.O.B: Mario's 3rd car, Luigi's car with blue and white colours, Yoshi's egg car, Bowser's clown car.

Luigi has good acceleration and speed Both toad and yoshi has amazing handling and acceleration, taking advantage for their low weight and drift In 100cc Use mario, yoshi, toad or luigi Luigi for speed Toad and yoshi for handling and acceleration and mario has good drift with all being jack of all trades.
