My favorite part of these mod streams is imagining it from an NPC’s perspective. Imagine you live in Metro kingdom. You’re walking to work when some guy shoves past you screaming about a timer, then he lifts up into the air and disappears. 15 seconds later the same thing happens again.

Frankly the Established titles thing was more of a bad communication problem than a scam. It still gives money to charity, it just doesn't give you an ACTUAL title or piece of land. Which, like those "Buy a star" things, is sorta the buyers problem for believing that. The way it was advertised by a lot of KZbinrs made it sound more like actual land was being sold, but I'm not sure how people thought that was legit honestly...

Established titles whole gimmick of being called a lord and such is explained on their site as basically just calling you owning land back in the day and such so the title itself is while technically not a scam it has no actual value or meaning in current day so in the essence of having a real title it’s a scam it’s a novelty gift and I do hope they actually do what they claim on planting trees Check out legal eagle KZbin video where he did talk about the legality of established titles

Established titles is a scam!!!! You do not actually own the land. To own land you need to register it, and the plots they sell are too small to be registered. The title is completely pointless and means absolutely nothing.
