That's what EVERYONE does normally when streaming Mario Party. And it's the hardest difficulty, because the rudimentary AI has the easy CPU feed all its losses straight to the hard CPU. It's not an individualized AI but just a factor in the RNG utilizing the opportunities on CPU turn.

I don't know what's stranger. The fact that Luigi lost the Crane Game completely under his own fault, and the Crane Game gives the crane player a major advantage but he still failed; or when DK just stood there in that last Item Mini-Game, especially after Arin hyped him up for not following Luigi's example of hitting Baby Bowser immediately. Not only have I never seen the CPU just not act at all that particular mini-game, but the timing just made it all too perfect!

Love this concept, but also can't help and be frustrated by their strategy :P For the mini-games they don't want to constantly fail until their boy win, they should make it so they are almost winning, so if they see the other robot is about to take the prize, they grab it last minute. It's not just about getting your boy to win, but to sabotage the competetion!
