All the other characters have expressive and fun animations... meanwhile Rosalina mostly just floats around waving and saying "yes."

She literally has always been portrayed as more humble and reserved than the rest of the cast. It's pretty consistent with how she's always been. That's not to say it's a bad thing, if anything it helps her stand out amongst a mostly hyperactive cast.
