I have so many I'd like to try, but I've made these thus far: Spicy tuna spaghetti, kimchi fried rice, thai drunken noodles with seafood, lasagna, spicy tuna fried rice, bacon & corn fritters and spaghetti bolognese. I made this chicken and it’s absolutely DELICIOUS! Except my chicken didn’t have this crunchy, crispy texture that she had here, or that brown color she gave it after deep frying it. In my US grocery store, regular coriander/cilantro is sold without the root. But, organic coriander is sold with roots still attached.
