I loved dumplings from the first time I ate it when I was little but nobody in my families knew how to cook that from scratch. So when I make money on my own I kinda hunt dumplings from one meatball or noodle booth to another, searching the most delicious one. I really envied my Chinese friend who happens to have one fridge full of wonton but apparently they only made pork filling one, I'm happen to be a moslem so I cannot eat pork. I made myself cook my own dumplings but it always a real mess and I'm not quite satisfied with the result, but now I really excited to try my hand on your great recipe. I fall in love with your tender stir fried beef so I'm optimist these dumplings recipes will do me good. Thank you for sharing your magic Marion, love from Indonesia ❤

Hello again! Marion, when you sleep, do you dream food? Then when you get up in the morning, you say"oh! today I'm making----, because I dreamt about it! "Then does your mouth water, and you can almost taste the recipe in your mouth, until you finish making it? The reason I ask is because these recipes have so much love and feeling in them, they are not just boring same-old-same old! I love dumplings and these are scrumptious, Thank you, once more!

In the Caribbean some Chinese restaurants use chopped up mushrooms and season them the same with spring onions and maybe some garlic. Also a mix of finely chopped carrot, water chestnut, mushroom and some corn starch to bind. Use same sauces and seasonings. Good luck.
