Thank you so much for these videos! I love Puerto Rico (British myself). The food is one of the things I always wished I could try. I even paid through the nose to get sazón and adobo off Amazon. So far I’ve only made arroz con pollo. You’ve inspired me to try making more!

I do not. I’m sure you can add all of the ingredients into some sort of online food calculator. Try that!

For everyone that needs the conversion, 2 ounces is 4 tablespoons. (Or until your ancestors complain. same with garlic, lmao) Para el que lo necesita, 2 onzas son 4 cucharas. (O hasta que tus ancestros se quejen, lo mismo con el garlic, lmao)
