Im a young puetro rican guy from south bronx. And after watching your videos and getting flashbacks of my mom and family cooking the stuff u do , i began to cry because being on my own since 17 i lost my touch on cooking cause i would always help my mom cook. But thanks to you , i can cook at home for my own family an experience the same smell and taste from my childhood and share it with my wife and son . I want to thank you so much. God bless u and your family.

I am an adventurous eater and love to try everything. I really enjoyed this recipe. It's just the perfect savory, herb flavor. I've learned that I love cumin. Tried some Middle eastern foods, then Indian, then Mexican/Latin American. Apparently it's cumin that I crave. I love to add beans and Avocado to this. All of your recipes are delicious you have really upped my home cooking game lol thanks

I can smell the soul food watching you cook. Watching you, takes me back to my childhood. When the streetlights came on, my play outside ended. I would wait for dinner by watching my mom cook, while sitting on the kitchen counter. I'm not sure why she didn't go crazy as I would kick the cabinet door with my heels. Thank you for invoking beautiful memories with wonderful food!! God Bless you and yours y buen prevecho!
