I do pity her because Marissaland seems like a miserable place to live, but she's an adult. She KNOWS she has issues, she talks about them, wears 'em like cute workout clothes, and while there's no curing a lot of mental issues, there is improving your quality of life through managing them, and and working on yourself physically and emotionally. It sucks and its hard, and its tragic that mental healthcare and educating people about emotional intelligence isnt a thing in our increasingly individualistic to the point of sociopathy society, but it is in Marissa's power to not be a perpetually seething pile of condecension and rage, but she's so clearly one of those people who pops a pill and calls it a day, and drugs can only do so much when you're in love with your own victimhood.

FA is only a symptom of a larger victim mindset I’ll call it..or you can say “chronic social justice movement” where they make up victims or oppressive situations where there are none. See FA, see BLM see the free Palestine movement. They are extremely privileged human beings in a first world country in the 21st century who have a complex where they feel the need to have an identity of oppression. A huge part of it is because education is not what it once was, and people think they can replace textbooks with TikTok, so the narcissistic self appointed experts are everywhere.

Extremely privileged, undereducated, over-confident people everywhere are getting TikTok degrees that make them feel like they can self appointment themselves as some type of victim as they live in a first world country with more rights than they could ever dream of. It’s just another version of white guilt or survivors guilt…they have no real qualms and no real oppression but they have to blame something for the emptiness in their lives.

I know a fella who is the poster model for Big and Tall and he's a badass outdoorsman who goes on the coolest adventures! He's easily over 300 lbs and is probably the stongest person Ill ever meet.
